An Excerpt from a letter from Glenda
"I took her on a three hour trail ride yesterday afternoon and she was wonderful. The wind was blowing and she handled everything she came to like a real trooper. We rode back beside a gravel road and she took the cars passing by right in stride. We even had a stray dog following us for a while and she just ignored him. She has the smoothest gait and naturally does what my father calls "single footing" which covers a lot of ground fast without breaking into a trot. I think if I ever wanted to I could train and show her in a five gaited class. We all love her so much and I am so grateful I found your website and contacted you because she is the perfect horse for me."
Congratulations to Glenda Holt of Elizabeth, Colorado on her purchased Marigold Supreme.
Congratulations to Renae Ross. We just returned from our first Pinto show of the year with Blue and he was awesome! He took reserve champion in Open Halter, (only because he wasn't really setting up yet) He took first place in Amateur Halter with me. Then in performance, his very first class was three gaited and park and he took two 1st and two 2nd (4 judge show) in English Pleasure Jr Horse, he took 1st under all judges and with me in Ideal Pinto he took one first, two 2nds and one third (with 9 seasoned horses in an open class)

From First Show to
New Yorkers Champagne Gardens
I wanted to give you an update on New Yorker's Champagne Garden who I call Yankee. We have made great progess and are now starting to show together. We are consistantly taking first place in Halter Mare, and in the ribbons for English Pleasure and in the top 3 ribbons in the Adult Amateur Saddleseat. She is such a sweet mare with a good mind and willingness to please. Who would have thought that a mare who was just started last fall would have come so far so quickly? I just love her! My 3 yr old daughter is learning to ride on Sea Aflame and they went into the leadline class this month and got a 2nd place ribbon. Emily loves her "Flame" and waits patiently everyday for mommy to get done riding so she can ride her Flame. You have super horses and after having these two I can understand why you have been raising saddlebreds for so many years. They are wonderful!
Thank You Again,
I just had to thank you for the chance to have Darq Design. He is such a wonderful boy and is so easy to train. He just loves to show off and we went to our first show a couple of weeks ago and we took first place in halter geldings in a class of very nice horses. I am so proud of him and cannot thank you enough for such a great horse.
Spotz Royal Attraction
I wanted to give you a follow up on Spotz Royal Attraction (Bruno), he's doing awesome. What a good boy this horse is, very friendly and an absolute darling.. He absolved his 1st. show at McHenry County Fair. He settled right in, at one time he was in the ring with 32 other horses!!! He kept cool head and even placed 6th in English Pleasure..
Here is a short video of him at warm up, so you can see him moving under saddle.
I will be taking him to May Moctezuma (his barn is 5 mins down the road from us) he does training with Saddlebreds to see which way we should take him.
We feel very proud owning this horse - I had numerous people coming up to me a praising him yesterday (he was the only Saddlebred at the show :) I think people aren't used to seeing Saddlebred Pintos.

My Ace In The Hole
I dont know if you remember but I bought My Ace In The Hole a few years ago and had him shipped to Maine. I had some pics of Ace taken and wanted to let you know that he is doing very well. I had planned to send you some before now but time just gets away from you sometimes. He is a great horse and I have a lot of fun with him. I ride him in the summers about 6 days a week. I just purchased a Richard Castlelow saddle for him and it fits like a glove. It seems both of us are very happy with it. Ace is definitely a keeper and will always have a home on the farm. I am so happy that I bought him those years ago. First time in my life I bought a horse without trying him out first or even seeing him but it all worked out beautifully.
